I have been sick for some time so haven’t been able to make any updates and now I’m far behind the news, so lets get back into it, let’s start with Kupiansk cause acording to the Russians then they have captured it fully, the Ukrainians are ofc saying the opposite but I believe the Russians in this case. Pokrovsk is also close to falling but there are still some pockets of resistance apart from those to fled to Mirnogrqad and are trapped there instead, the Russians are bombing their locations hard and making it costly for the Ukrainians to defend, they want the Ukrainians to surrender or perish. In the area of Zaporochye the russians have been advancing fast, much faster then in other places and a small collapse of Ukrainian positions has happened, but there is still some time before the siege of Zaporochye will start, there are still many villages and small places to capture before that can start.

The biggest news atm is ofc the 28 point peace deal that Trump has represented to ukraine and Russia, Ukraine has until the 26th of November to respond but my guess is that Ukraine will reject or or make as many changes to it that Russia can’t accept it either. Trump has put very hard pressure on this peace deal threatening to stop military aid and intelligence sharing if Zelenskyy doesn’t accept the plan but allready now it seems Trump is walking backwards of his stances. Overall the deal looks favorable to the Russians although there are a few things that they would like to change also, like the size of the Ukrainian force which is said to be around 600.000 in the deal, larger than the army atm. USA did state that they would gurantee the peace dela meaning USA would come to aid if the peace deal is broken by Russia but only for 10 years as far as I understand, this security guarentee is what Ukraine has been looking for a very long time and this could help secure a deal but Ukraine and the EU wants to change alot of points on the peace deal and I personally think that the deal will amount to nothing, either the Ukrainians will change so much that it cant be agreed to or they will outright reject it, Trump’s threat to stop military aid and intelligence sharing sounds like the hammer but I don’t think it is realistic that he can catually go ahead with it, the pressure from the neo-cons and the military industrial complex is too strong and Trump will be blamed for the loss of the war if he stops military aid and Intelligence sharing, he can’t afford that pr chaos after a military loss, but at the same time Trump is trying to avoid a military loss which we see is happening atm just at a slow pace, Trump want’s to avoid a military loss can that would also mean a loss for USA and NaTo considering how much they are helping Ukraine, everything but putting US Boots on the ground.

I think EU and Zelenskyy will sabotage the peace deal in the next few days, but one can hope that Trump will push this deal through and stop the senseless fighting and death of young and old people on both sides. I personally hope they can agree on a peace plan even if it favors the russians more then the Ukrainians cause they are afterall winning the battle and it does not seem that Ukraine can do anything about it other than delaying the defeat.
