The Area around Sudzha is collapsing, for several days now Russia has been conducting operations in order to put pressure on the area and now it seems like the final blow is being set in. Kursk region has been a stronghold position for Ukraine, one they have used media wise for some time as something positive but now it looks like its about to be over, 6000 troops is said to be trapped there of Ukraine so its no small numbers we are talking about. The area is being attacked from all directions and even via gas-pipe tunnels systems, where 100 elite troops were send trough and had to wait abit to exit the tunnels and the rumor is a few soldiers died because of panic and lack of oxygen, but they exited the gas pipes and took hold of some railroad lines.

There is also rumor of many soldiers surrendering but it could also be propaganda so for now lets wait abit and see what happens, but it really is a huge blow if or rather when Sudzha collapses cause Ukraine will not have anything to show for at all, no wonder Zelenskyy tried to exchange the area a week ago cause he knew it was done for, question is how many troops will they loose and what will this do for the morale of the troops again on top of the current blackout from intelligence, but how serious that is, is hard to say cause they say the information leaks to Ukraine anyway.
