Donald Trump will become the president today in USA and I think it is fair to take a look on what Biden is delivering to him in terms of the conflict in Ukraine. Firstly I wanna warn that what I am about to write is based on my view and yes I do take a very critical view on the West on this topic, but I only want peace and a normalization of the relationship with Russia but I understand that this is a controversial topic for many people, don’t get me wrong there will be a cool down period with Russia regardless on how the conflict will be dealt with.

Biden is leaving a very weak Ukraine, in fact I will go as far as saying that he is leaving Ukraine in a loosing position, why do I make this claim? Well for once if you look at the battle front then Ukraine is only defending and even worse they are even loosing ground while mostly defending, yes there is an odd counter-attack attempt here or there but they are constantly defeated whenever they occur. Now when you cant go on any offensive tactics at all, and are also loosing while “only” defending then I will say they are loosing atm. If we look at the development or ingenuity during this war then Russia is still ahead in many places, one example is their ability to use missiles that fly hypersonic, faster then the speed of sound, this is an area that the USA still haven’t caught up with Russia yet and thus Biden is leaving Ukraine behind on almost every front.

Yes Ukraine has received over 500 ATACMS missiles and yes they are constantly upgraded but they still have not achieved hyper sonic which means that Russian Iskander or other Hyper sonic can hit any target regardless of what missiles defense exits, while on the other hand Russia has a good chance to shoot down the ATACMS with their superior missiles defenses. Ukraine cannot contest the Arial combat much other than minimize the space in which Russian airspace force can operate and often in many battlefronts the Russian air bombers can bomb the location relatively safe, try imagine to fight a battle were you have already a huge disadvantages in regards to the lack of Airspace presence.

So they are behind on military tech, perhaps in drones they are doing well but when it comes to missiles and air-defenses they are far behind still and Russia dominates the air space. Ukraine are for the most part only defending and when ever they attempt an counter attack or perhaps even an offensive they haven’t had any luck since the Kursk offensive that only worked because Russia didn’t think that Ukraine would even dream of attack into Russia space but that happened but since then, they are on the back foot and even Kursk is now looking like a loosing operation with Russia gaining ground every single day in that area too.

So all in all Biden is leaving Ukraine in a horrible position, he hasn’t been able to provide much in money or military gear lately and I often wonder if it is this lack that effect the current situation on the front lines OR that the Russian army is just much stronger and better equipped, Zelenskyy is atm not happy with what Biden is delivering and recently he said in an interview with Lex Friedman that Biden haven’t given him much gear and materiel, now note that this remark was just after Ukraine lowered the conscription age from 25 to 18 but without getting much heavy gear, other than small arms and so forth, I think Zelenskyy tried to bargen the lowering age and was hoping for a huge military donation in order to help with the fighting but that never came and also EU and the rest of the west is dangerously low on money and gear to Ukraine.

So overall Biden is leaving office with Ukraine in a dire situation, he will pretend he left Ukraine well off, but that is very far from the truth, I’ve even seen people trying to emotional Blackmail Trump by saying Ukraine will fall under his command unless he goes all in on Ukraine and not distance him self and many claims he might due, but again if I’m right that Ukraine is loosing then I don’t see Trump changing this with just some more weapons and money, they cant reverse the situation IMO and therefore the correct path is to seek peace, one that reflects the current situation in the battlefield even if it means some territorial gains for Russia in the process. But Biden has dropped the ball, it happened under his command that Ukraine started loosing and I think its so bad that it can’t be reversed IMO. Biden lost the war and how bad it will be depends on how this loosing position is handled, I hope for peace and an end to this horrible war that never should have been allowed to start in the first place.
