Despite the result of the Election then Cornel West still holds strong and he admits that even as people feel disappointment and perhaps feel tired then rest assured Cornel West and Abdullah are faithful to the project as it was always about the movement and getting on as many ballots as possible and Cornel West cites Samuel Beckett: “Ever Tried? Ever Failed? No matter try again, fail again, fail better“. Also Dr. Melina Abdullah now focuses towards developing the grassroots and the platform in that regard and anyone who could be interested should feel free to reach out to the organisation, there is a huge volunteer section on their homepage: www.CornelWest2024.com. Further more Cornel West ask for a small donation since several of the hard working permanent people working could used some more payment he states, the campaign ended with a debt og 90.000 after raising more than 1 mio in total. Cornel West askes if people can give a small donation that will go to the hardworking people.

Amidst the end of the election Bernie Sanders has made a statement that does suggest he might be tempted to run as independent, he denies it for now but he does state that he doesn’t believe the Democrats has learned anything from this election and they will not move towards the working class nor will they fight the massive corruption and therefor Bernie Sanders made a statement that could suggest he would be open to run outside the Democratic party but he also has said not at this current time, and since there is 4 years to next election then it is not unlikely Bernie Sanders will try to do something outside the party. It’s still a long way to 4 years but for me this is very positive news, even if it is only speculation but the statement alone was very encouraging to say the least.

There is also a new party forming, I guess it is no secret now that a Socialist party might be in the making, but atm it is early days but still this is yet another encouraging news and I wanna remain positive even if it is still in the planning fase I believe. I hope and see signs that people are still considering third parties and running independent, that is good to see.
