Shortly after Ursula got re-elected in the EU as President if the EU-commissions they announce a new rule for any country trying to apply for any position or post in the EU, sadly its one they didn’t have to or needed to implement but because everything in EU is regressing they went ahead and made the change.

They have changed the requirements to any applicants that there has to be a women candidate also for every position a country is seeking, yup you heard it right, its not about being the best qualified but that there must be a woman candidate for any position being applied for. And you guessed right, after that announcement LGBTQ+ protest that they weren’t mentioned also… instead of leaving Gender out of the requirement and be about the best qualified for the Job as it should then EU is downgraded to gender, what about minority? The Subalterns? The Voiceless they are missing too! What about people with a handicap?

This is the issue once you move away from the best qualified to Gender related, you lower the bar and suddenly all kinds of groups can demand they be included in the hob description, what the stupid people in EU doesn’t understand is that women already are included, so is LGBTQ+ and all the rest cause if they have good enough qualifications then they can summit an application like anyone else if they also have political backing.

Ursula Von Der Leyen is a good example of women getting high position like Margrete Vestager from Denmark, there is absolutely no need to specify gender on applications cause it should be about qualifications, not about gender, colour or who their family is or who they know. Qualification pls !!
