Cornel West announced long time ago Melina Abdullah as his running mate and I wanna take a closer look at who she is.

She graduated at Howard University and was a co-founder of the Black Lives Matter and is still running the Los Angeles Capter, she is also a tenured professor and has hosted 3 local radio shows and she is also an activist and serves the grass roots of BLM as a co-director and has also been on the chair of pan-african studies in California state university Los Angeles.

From reading abit of her life then she seems like a fantastic organizer and one who spends alot of time on Activism and helping the Black Lives Matter causes and that fits what Cornel West is about, Cornel West has put alot of focus on the Black Community in his run as a president, not that he is only focusing on it but if one look at the presidential campaign then there isent or hasent been anyone else stading up for the black comminity in the election so far or trying to reach out to them, that is one of the reasons why Cornel West has put some light on the issue and Dr. Melina Abdullah fits right into the mold, not only as a fantastic organiser with alot of experience already but also a real warrior for the many issues Cornel West has championed already. Dr Melina Adbullah seems like the perfect candidate to stand by Cornel West and fight for what is right and together they are a perfect pair of Love Warriors!
